Spices are also not your friend. Keep cumin, cinnamon, mustard and ketchup away from your foods. Additionally, avoid commercial mayonnaise, lemon peel and curry in your foods. Alcohol has long been linked to the spread and recurrence of psoriasis and it’s a complete no-no on this diet plan.
